These terms and conditions define the relationship between the badi baji platform and its users. In this document, "Platform", "we" or "badi baji" refers to this website and all its services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

badi baji is an online entertainment platform that offers casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services. These services are available only to individuals who have reached the legal age and meet the applicable conditions.

These terms have been written in Bengali and this is the authoritative version. If any part of these terms is unclear, users are advised to contact our support team before registering.

To open an account and use the services on badi baji, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be at least 21 years old. The 21+ age restriction applies to casino and betting activities in Bangladesh.
• The user must provide accurate and verifiable personal information.
• A person may open only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A user may not operate an account on behalf of or for a third party.
• badi baji employees, partners, or their close relatives may require special permission before opening an account.

Government-issued ID, passport, or national identity card may be requested during the age verification process. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure and all associated winnings may be forfeited.

To complete registration on badi baji, a valid name, mobile number, email address, and password are required. All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. It is advisable not to share your login details with anyone.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

badi baji may request identity verification documents at any stage of account use. If the required documents are not submitted, some account functions may be temporarily restricted. Once verification is complete, the account remains fully active.

3.3 Updating Information

If the mobile number or email address on your account changes, update it promptly. badi baji will not be responsible for issues such as not receiving OTPs or login problems caused by outdated information.

Deposits and withdrawals on badi baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (by any method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal funds generally reach your chosen method within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing is faster for accounts that have completed identity verification.

4.3 Important Conditions

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Transactions made through a third party may result in the account being held for verification.
• Funds deposited in your account may only be used on the badi baji platform — they cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be fulfilled (see section 5 for details).

All bonuses and promotional offers on badi baji come with specific conditions. Reading the relevant terms before claiming a bonus is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; before withdrawing this bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering equal to 20 times the bonus amount has been completed. If a withdrawal request is submitted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion may be claimed only once, unless the terms state otherwise.
• badi baji may cancel bets that appear to have been placed solely to generate bonus value.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• badi baji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

All betting and gaming activities on badi baji must follow the rules below.

6.1 General Betting Conditions

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless badi baji itself cancels an event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, badi baji reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Bets for an amount exceeding the available balance will not be accepted.

6.2 Sports Betting

Results for all sports betting events, including cricket and football, are determined in accordance with the decisions of the relevant international sports governing bodies. If a match ends before the scheduled time or is abandoned, badi baji's specific bet settlement policy will be followed.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Results of live casino games and slots are determined by the game provider's server and RNG (Random Number Generator) respectively. In the event of a technical error or disconnection, the data stored on the server will be considered final.

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating an account using false identity or information.
• Attempting to collect bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transaction.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bets.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error in a game or the system for personal gain.

8.1 Closure by badi baji

In the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or verification failure, badi baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The balance of a closed account will be returned, minus any bonuses where conditions have not been met.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time. Self-exclusion or taking a break is also available in accordance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines. After the request is submitted, the support team will process it.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have not been logged into for an extended period may be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account is preserved and the user can reactivate it by logging in again.

badi baji is not responsible for the following:

• If bet results are affected by internet disconnection or a technical error.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a delay or failure in a third-party payment service.
• If a game or bet is affected by a problem with the user's own device or network.
• If any loss occurs as a result of sharing account information with another person.
• If the result of a sporting event changes or is cancelled.

badi baji is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss under any circumstance. Our maximum liability is limited to the actual amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

In brief, badi baji does not sell your information to any third party. Limited information may be shared where necessary for the verification process and financial transactions. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure.

All content on the badi baji platform — logos, graphics, text, software code, designs, and other elements — is covered by the intellectual property rights of badi baji or its associated parties.

• Copying, redistributing, or modifying any content from the platform is prohibited except for personal use.
• The platform's name, logo, or trademarks may not be used without prior permission.
• The intellectual property of game providers belongs to their respective owners.

badi baji reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
